How often do you make changes to your website? The more often you make changes, the more backups and updates you will need. If your site is restored from a backup would it be ok if it was from last month, or last week or a day old? How much work would be involved if you had to replace the content done since the last backup?

The whole purpose of our care plans is preventative care, so I hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the unfortunate event your website does get compromised, I will have the means to be able to help you when you have a care plan in place. I cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise I will do everything in our power to prevent it. If you sign up for out Care Plus or Elite Pro plan I will even restore your website to the last working version at no extra cost as part of my Site Recovery Process (not included in Basic Plan - restoration of your website will be charged for).

My support plans are designed for websites that I have designed. I can take you on if your website got designed by someone else, but it will first require a security audit at a one off fee of $200 to make sure everything is ok with your website before I start looking after it.

While I would be sad to see you go, I know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and I do not want to lock anyone in to a long term contract. My care plans are paid in advance each month, which allows you to opt out of any future payments and cancel your service at any time. If you wish to cancel simply send me confirmation by email and I will cancel any further monthly

I use a number of different plugins and tools when building websites. Some of these require annual licenses which I pay for on an ongoing basis, however as a freelancer I can purchase bulk licenses from providers and then factor those costs into my care plans. The result is you get the use of all of these premium plugins in your project while part of a care plan without the cost of the individual licenses. If you, however, decided to not go with a care plan you are responsible for any licenses required and the payment of those annually so you receive the latest versions and updates.
