UX and UIâĶunderstanding the differenceâĶ
âUser Experienceâ encompasses all aspects of the end-userâs interaction with the company, its services, and its products. User experience needs to meet the exact needs of the customer, clearly and directly. Next comes the simplicity and elegance of a custom design that produces a meaningful and engaging experience. Everything in design comes together here â engineering, marketing, graphic and industrial design, and interface design.
User Experience Design
In my design process I am going beyond aesthetics and functionality, I equally focus on user experience (UX).
Some of the benefits of improving user experience include increased customer loyalty, higher conversion rates, lowered abandon rates and even decreased customer service requests. While the benefits are great, the concept of good user experience can be a bit fuzzy.
Thereâs no magic formula or set of rules for designing a website that provides an excellent UX design. Itâs really all about focusing on the fundamentals and defining user personas. You canât just copy and paste the same elements of another platform that scores high in UX. I have to pay attention to the most important source of information, which are your users. I really have to go out on a limb and start testing random elements that you feel can work well for your design.
User behaviour will ultimately determine which design provides the best experience.

Designing a Great User Interface
Designing Sites & apps for Better User Experience.
I know how much work is involved when it comes to designing a great user interface. I always start by studying the target user and the goal of the app before anything else. I then start by coming up with ideas on how to deliver a great user experience and meet the goal of the app.
The ideas are translated into a framework where it is organized into an information architecture built to provide a fluid, relevant and intuitive experience.
The next step is to deliver a great user experience. The goal is to make the app organized, engaging, clean, quick and understandable.
I want the user to have full use of the app without any constraints. And there is no assumption that the design delivered the great user experience I originally sought out.
